How do we work?
1. We meet the client at the property to discuss ideas and, most importantly, the budget for the project. We appreciate that some clients can afford more than others; your budget doesn’t matter, as long as we know what the maximum is. Keeping within the exact budget is a matter of pride for us, and central to our work.
2. We will discuss all the options, to stretch the budget as far as we can. Once the project is agreed, we can go ahead with it. Our policy is not to start ANY work before we and the client have reached a firm, contractual, agreement.
We can help clients to choose colours, materials, furniture, stores and anything else they may need help with.
We carry out all the work ourselves, and our work is to the highest of UK standards.
We look after the client’s property, and keep the client informed at all times. The project will be completed to the exact terms & specifications of the contract. We will not take payment until the work is finished, and the client is completely happy.
